Cancellation of order before delivery
The customer has the right to cancel the order before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the customer should send his request in writing to monamourbridal.gr and more specifically to info@monamourbridal.gr. In this case, the amount will be refunded if the products have not been delivered to the Courier company for delivery to the customer.
In case they have been delivered to the Courier company, then the cancellation of the order will be considered as a return of products according to the following terms:

In this case, the amount will be refunded if the products have not been delivered to the Courier company for delivery to the customer.
In case they have been delivered to the Courier company, then the cancellation of the order will be considered as a return of products according to the following terms:
Change of products after delivery.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she has the right to request the exchange of the purchased product. In this case, the customer can send an e-mail to monamourbridal.gr and more specifically to info@monamourbridal.gr and contact by phone at +30 698 111 9233, requesting the exchange of the product with another product of his choice.
- For replacement of a product that is not incorrect, not damaged or generally not defective, the customer bears the shipping costs of the return (courier, courier, transport, post or other), which will be at his own risk.
- Changes will not be accepted for products sold at a discount at the time of purchase.
- If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed to a new payment process (to pay the difference)
Return of Products after delivery
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she has the right to return the product purchased and request a refund of the price paid as provided by the Greek legislation on consumer protection (right of withdrawal from a sale).
In this case, the Customer sends an email/e-mail to monamourbridal.gr at the email address noted above info@monamourbridal.gr and contacts by telephone at +30 698 111 9233, requesting the return of the product against the refund of the price paid.
For the return of non-defective, not damaged or generally not defective product for the purpose of refund, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping (courier, carrier, postal or other), which will be at his own risk.
Deadline for change or return of products.
Any request for a change or return of a product must be sent within 15 full days of receipt of the product. Requests for change or return of products after the 15 full days period are accepted only in case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.
Terms and conditions for the validity of an exchange or return of a product.
Return or exchange of the product
Both the right of exchange and the right to return the product (right to withdraw from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product.
List of returned products
The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned (for a refund or exchange) in their original condition, complete and undamaged and the original packaging must be unsealed.
For each product that is returned or for which an exchange is requested, the customer must include a copy of the proof of purchase when sending the parcel.
Conditions for returning products
If the above conditions are not met, monamourbridal.gr has the right to:
- To consider that the right of exchange / return was not timely or valid and therefore not accept the return or exchange of the product
- No returns will be accepted for products that are not intact, complete, and sealed in their original packaging
Refund of Money
Once we have received the request for return / change of product and if the above conditions and terms are met then the amount will be credited to the card or deposited to an account.
7-10 working days are required to process the request and refund.
