Cancellation Policy

Your appointment can be cancelled or changed time/day up to 7 days prior to the appointment date, by telephone. In case your appointment is cancelled within the 7-day period, the amount of your ticket is refunded to the same card on which the original transaction was made In case the appointment is cancelled outside the deadline, no refund will be made.
